A: Yes,we are mainly doing custom design and it's packing,you can let us know your ideas,we will make them come true.

A: Available in TT,others need negotiation.

3.Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR

4.Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Custom design and packing will take 30 to 35 days after receiving your advance payment.Inventory items will take 3~7 days to ship out.

5.Q5. How you control the quality?
A: Every first order,we will sign pre-production sample for customer,once customer confirm,then we will produce exactly according to the sample,also we will use this signed sample to do inspection,to make sure final bulk products match quality requirement.

6.Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, sample can be free.If doing your own design and packing,we will calculate the sampling cost and quote you,you pay the cost then we start.

7.Q7: How should i do if i receive defective products?
A:Please contact us at first time,we will pay attention to your complains and work out the solution within 3 days.
